What qualities do we look for in a candidate?

Law is a profession and as such requires knowledge of the subject matter and certain skills. A lawyer must first and foremost both understand and be convincing. First of all to understand his client: his requirements, his needs, his expectations and his possibilities. Then to be convincing: in a negotiation, in court, in arbitration. This means that it is essential to be compassionate, communicative and well-organised.

After a trial period in which both the candidate and the firm will analyse his or her ability to work in a team, the abilities and expectations of both the candidate and the firm will be assessed in order to evaluate his or her possible incorporation.
