In any law firm, we work with numerous client documents and information, making it extremely important to handle this data in a way that ensures maximum confidentiality and security.

Clients should also have the assurance that their case will be handled with the rigor and dedication it requires. For this purpose, we use the specially customized Ithaka software that meets MPA’s requirements, and where we compile all information related to their cases.

This is why we were pioneers in obtaining the Quality Service Certificate in 2005, validating all our work procedures with AENOR, the most prestigious certification firm. This same entity audits MPA every year to verify the suitability of the procedures designed for the proper performance of our work, and we continuously adapt our actions to these procedures.

These processes also extend to the physical resources used by MPA to provide its services. This includes computer equipment and software that guarantee traceability of work performed, incurred expenses, and communications; as well as the most comprehensive and up-to-date databases of laws, jurisprudence, and doctrine in order to provide the most expert advice.

The data collected at MPA is properly protected on servers that meet the security levels established by the European Union and is retained in strict compliance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
